Sharing, communication and dissemination of data

The data we collect may be transferred or communicated to other companies in the Perfetti Van Melle Group and third parties which directly support PVM’s activities and website development. At times, PVM retains third parties to process and analyse the data. Apart from the said cases, data will not be disclosed nor given to anybody unless this is in compliance with contractual and legal obligations or users have given their consent.

PVM reserves itself the right to verify at any time the truthfulness of the personal data provided by the Participant, as well as the ages and identity of the winners before proceeding with the delivery of the prizes.

The processing of the Personal Data is necessary for handling of relation between you and PVM. To manage properly this relation PVM will process the Personal Data that may also include Special Categories of Personal Data, such as, data concerning health, racial or ethnic origin, trade union membership, religious belief.

The processing of the Personal Data can take place electronically and manually, based on logical criteria compatible and functional with the purposes for which the Personal Data are collected, and always in accordance with the applicable Data Protection Laws.

b. Scope of communication and dissemination of Data.

The Personal Data will be processed only by personnel authorised by PVM, or by third-party companies (including any other company of the PVM Group), institutions or professionals who, as Data Processor, perform specific processing services or activities complementary to the purposes referred above.

It can also be necessary for the handling of our relationship  that some of the Personal Data are transferred to third countries where other Perfetti Van Melle Group companies or PVM partners are located.

d. Retention period

The Personal Data will be kept as long as the relationship is in force. After that, the Personal Data will be only kept das long as it is necessary to comply with any legal regulation that may impose to PVM the obligation to keep the Personal Data for a longer period of time.
